I managed to hit very good windows!!

Going up yesterday, I had exactly 2 hours from the rain ending in SH, leaving the office, gearing up and getting to Beaverton. 10 minutes after closing the garage door, massive rainfall hit along with strong winds. This morning was chilly, but no rain. We were sitting at the Bridgeport shopping area when I checked the weather again... it was 1:50, said the rain was going to start at 2 up there. Hit the road, got a little sprinkle between Salem and Albany, rolled in, and the rain started about an hour later here.

Whew!!!

This does not appear to be riding Mel, it appears to be standing around gabbing, much like the folks at coffee were doing! :stir:

I'll be stopping by for a short time tomorrow. Gotta pick up a part from Dustpan. Need to be home in time to take Mason to swimming lessons though.

Just a reminder for those coming into Corvallis for Coffee on Saturday... Commencement starts at 10:30am so there will be about 25,000 people heading into OSU and not knowing where they are going. Traffic will be very heavy coming across the valley on Hwy 34.

I was thinking about stopping by with Mason, but I'd rather not deal with traffic.

Plus, I may have a new addition to the family to tinker on a bit after tomorrow...

It better not be one with 2 legs!

Two wheels. We'll see what happens. After talking with the current owner I'm not sure he actually wants to sell it. :problem:

But cash talks...

Only temporarily. Still on a strict one bike limit from Jackie at this point. Once we are both graduated and working she will be okay with me getting another one.

Doesn't sound all that strict if you're gonna have two temporarily.

She actually mentioned that when we have our own house again and are both working that I should get a project bike to work on because it would take up less space than a project car/truck.

No, GW though.. not enough time to install the new rear wheel/tire and exhaust. Definitely next saturday I'll be on it! Maybe with a fresh paint job too. LOL
