The weather is going to be great this week (April 20th night)... how can I make the 1 mile ride last longer?
I might have to go through kings valley to get from downtown Albany to Sam's City.

Bummer...missed it. I was looking forward to coming up there & returning the favor, but something came up. I'll shoot for next month. Sorry guys. Sounds like it was a great turnout. It's amazing what the good weather will do for attendance at these smaller bike nights.

I can probably make it, my bike is running great now thanks to Seafoam. Hubby's is still running rough but has only had a chance to run it once since Corvallis bike night. Hopefully we'll get the Seafoam through it and it will solve his issues too!

When could you meet up at ShopKo, if you were able to go? I don't know where we're going, so we'll likely be late anyway.

And now that I'm looking at possible routes, I'm not seeing anything that's any kind of fun. How would you feel about slabbing it?

I could probably meet around 4:30 ....I'd go up Peoria and then to Albany but if you want to slab it, no problem.

Gonna throw this out there just in case one of you can help. I have a clutch cable for my bike waiting for me at the BMW dealer in Eugene. It's all paid for, just needs to be picked up. They are open 9-5:30 I think. Can anyone swing by and bring it to bike night for me? Please!!!

If you see this in time...
Wiley, Call when you get lost.... OR, follow HWY99 (Pacific) into town from where ever.
When the road forks (after a small overpass and a few gas stations) stay to the LEFT.
"Sam City" will be on the right not to long after (under 1/4 mile).

See you all tonight! WHOOHOO!

Great turnout with 15 bikes (if I counted right)! Even had a good showing from the southern crowd.
Food was good... and this time Q didn't eat any cheese.
I had fun, up until I got home and saw what puppy did while we were out....
Anyway, see you all next time!

Great turnout, good to see everyone again.

We had a slow ride back to Corvallis as not to attract too much attention.

Yep...good times. Bit of a cold ride back, but that was my fault. I was in a hurry leaving the house & couldn't change or put my liners in. At least I thought to grab my warm gloves. That helped a lot.

Is it the 20th this month? If so, not going to be able to make it this round... hubby, the kids and I are doing a whirlwind trip of 4 national parks in 6 days ( maybe 5 parks, depending on how exhausted we are). Won't be home till the 21st or so.

It is. Have fun on the trip! Sounds like it should be fun. I should do something similar on one of the bikes. I keep thinking about a camping trip on the bikes, but just can't get myself to stop riding long enough to plan something out.
